Your candidates provide their information via the online job application at the time they apply, or after via correspondence.

Our Interactive integration solution offers the same user workflow your staff experiences in the Seamless solution while automating the process of inviting the candidate to visit Sterling’s Candidate portal to provide missing information and to sign our electronic FCRA consent form.  Once the candidate completes this step of the process the order is automatically submitted for fulfillment.
