Sterling Mumbai Successfully Completes ISO 9001:2008 Certification December 19, 2009

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the recognized leading developer and publisher of international standards. Sterling’s commitment to the process of achieving and maintaining ISO certification assures our clients that our background checking products and employment screening services conform to the highest levels of quality and reliability.
Sterling first earned certification under ISO 9001:2000 in December, 2006. The ISO quality management system (QMS) focuses on our various background checking fulfillment processes as well as Sterling’s operational processes Our latest certification is a significant achievement, confirming maintenance of the QMS by our quality team and continuous improvement efforts throughout our organization.

Idaho MVR price update

Please be advised Idaho MVR prices have increased by 3 dollars.

KY search price increase as of 1/19/10

Please note KY searches have increased by 5 dollars effective 1/19/10

AL MVR price increase as of 1/1/10

Please note that AL MVR prices have increased by .75 cents as of today 1/1/10.

MA and NJ MVR price changes

All MA MVR prices will increase $2.00 from 6.17 to 8.17.  All NJ MVR prices will increase 17 cents from $12.00 to $12.17.

RI MVR price increase

All RI MVR default prices will increase by $0.50, effective November 1, 2009

NM MVR default price change

New Mexico MVR default prices have increased by $1.96 effective today.

FL MVRs and KS State Crim price increases

Please be advised that the states of Ohio and Vermont have increased the prices on MVR

Ohio: $3.00 increase

Vermont: $1.00 increase

Please be advised that certain states have increased their mandatory fees

(July 1, 2009)Please be advised the following states have increased there Mandatory fees as follows:

South Dakota, MVR State fee $4.00 to $5.00

New Jersey, MVR State fee $10.00 to $12.00

State of VT, Criminal search State fee $20.00 to $30.00

Attleboro, MA Courthouse Close by Fire

(May 28, 2009) The Attleboro, Massachusetts District Court will be closed indefinitely due to extensive smoke and water damage caused by a fire that happened on the morning of May 22, 2009.We will update you on changes to the situation as information becomes available.
