Workers' Compensation Search
As premiums for workers’ compensation insurance continue to escalate, employers may seek to implement programs to keep those costs down. Such programs may include protecting the company from those who have abused workers’ compensation claims.
Workers' compensation records will give employers information about Worker’s Compensation claims and previous injuries. This information allows the employer to conduct post-job offer reviews in compliance with the standards of the Americans with Disabilities act. Please note that federal and state laws regulate the use of these records. A customer should have policies and procedures in place before requesting or utilizing Worker’s comp records. Also, the availability of this search will be limited from state to state.
